OVIA LIVING WARRANTY

PERGOLAS (STRUCTURAL PRODUCT) – KEY POINTS
• Ultra: 10-year limited warranty on the main structural frame.
• MAX+: 15-year limited warranty on the main structural frame.
• Ancillary parts (both models): 5-year limited warranty (opening/closing mechanisms).
• Registration required within 30 days of delivery (email proof of purchase to info@ovialiving.com). • Non-transferable – applies only to the original purchaser; US-only coverage.

• Claim window: Report defects within 30 days of discovery (email with photos & proof of purchase). • Remedies: OVIA Living may repair, replace, or refund the purchase price (company’s choice).
• Labor after 1 year is customer-paid.
• Exclusions include: Acts of God, improper installation/maintenance, modifications, weight loads on louvers, attachment to buildings, slab movement, or transport costs.

AWNINGS & ACCESSORIES – KEY POINTS
• Structural supports: Ultra 10-year / MAX+ 15-year limited warranty.
• Fabric: 10 years (100% years 1–5; 50% years 6–8; 25% years 9–10).
• Frame finish (paint): 5 years (against chipping/blistering/peeling).
• Gear mechanism (manual): 5 years.
• Electric motor (motorized models): 5 years (awnings) / 1 year when purchased with pergola as an accessory.
• Lights, heaters & electrical elements: 1 year.

PERGOLA WARRANTY

The components of our Pergolas are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY effective for up to:

• Ten (10) years for Ultra models.
• Fifteen (15) years for MAX+ models.
• Five (5) years for ancillary parts for both models.

The limited warranty applies from the installation date, subject to registration via info@ovialiving.com.

OVIA Living provides this warranty to the initial purchaser of Ultra (10-year) and MAX+ (15-year) products.

THE LIMITED 10-YEARS / 15-YEARS PERGOLA WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:
• Acts of God (flooding, hurricanes, frost, lightning, high winds, hail, etc.) or vandalism.
• Improper maintenance, misuse, overloading louvers, or modifications.
• Installation not according to the manual or on unstable bases; damage due to ground or slab movement. • Electrical components beyond their stated coverage period.
• Water infiltration between wall and pergola (pergolas are freestanding constructions and should not be attached to buildings).
• Costs of dismantling, storage, transport, or handling.

COVERAGE DETAILS

• Ultra: 10-year structural warranty.
• MAX+: 15-year structural warranty.
• Paint finish: 5 years.
• Fabric: 10 years (prorated).
• Manual gear mechanism: 5 years.
• Electric motor: 5 years.
• Accessories: 5 years under normal use.

GOVERNING LAW / VENUE

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA, and applies to both Ultra (10-year) and MAX+ (15-year) pergola models.
